Geoff, thanks for this comment. Curiously, I see synergy adverse events between Infanrix quinta or hexa and Prevnar or Prevnar13. Your post indicates endotoxin for Prevnar at <0.21 EU/dose. Based on multiple patterns of adverse events, I am developing multiple model hypotheses: (1) live attenuated viruses, (2) live attenuated viruses co-administered with aluminum adjuvanted vaccines, (3) multiple aluminum adjuvanted vaccines co-administered, and (4) specific vaccine components. Curiously, HPV Cervarix and HPV share multiple autoimmune adverse events but differ extensively in manufacturing processes - does this point towards the shared pathogen components? Or, are there common contaminants for these two manufacturing pipelines?
Hi Darrell, One of the tricks of the Jab trade is the Low Endotoxin Recovery caused by adsorption of the toxin on the Aluminum compounds added as "co-adjuvants" which I mention here:
Very interesting Darrell.
You might like to check correlation with Endotoxin measured by Geier in 1978.
